Depends on how many points you have to use throughout the day and if you are at home or out for lunch ect
I've got lots to lose so got quite a few points lol
Will give u average day of what so of things i have
Breakfast
2 Weetabix & small banana (3pts)or
2 rashers of lean bacon, poached egg 3 spoons of baken beans on 1 slice of toast (61/2pts)
Lunch
WW ready meal (points vary)
or sandwich & snak a jacks maybe ww yoghurt (depends how hungry i am lol) (points vary to what u have in sandwich normally around 6)
Tea
WW ready meal again (boring i know)
or Have tried Turkey Stir Fry out of the recipe booklet u get in folder (7pts) its yummy
If i feel hungry in between meals i tend to just eat fruit and i drink loads of water so that fills u up anyway. I try and eat fairly slowly too.
Hope that helps a bit I've only been doing it a week so dont know to much about what points are what at the mo (mainly why ive stuck a lot to ww meals) but i have a calculater now so will start to do a few other meals soon xx
