Wish i could help you on this one but my own son does it to.I have tried that stuff you put on your nail to stop them from biteing them but he loved the taste lol. I keep on telling him.But that dont work.

have u tried theone that kinda burns? I knwo the ones that taste rotten are completely ineffective but there is one u can get in Boots and it tastes ok but about 10 secs after it burns in ur mouth. Not badly just like eatting hot curry or soemthing. I tried it didnt work n my son coz he loves curry and chillie but it might work for u

hi this is a very difficult one you could try so many different methods they could work or not ive been there my sons 12 and im constantly at him for biting his nails good luck xx
