HomeI am on this joined it 5th jan, my 1st week I lost 11 and a half pound, 2nd week stayed the same and this week I lost 5 pound woo hoo altogether I have lost 1 stone and 3 and a hlaf pound

Well today I have ruined it whoops, I'm not at slimming monday because the kids are ill so I have ruined it today but I'll get back on track tomorrow and just push myself. All I need to do is focus really hard
